A New Chapter: Why I’m Reimagining the Way I Share Travel
I’m pivoting. For a while now, I’ve been giving away the 'how-to' for free, but it’s started to feel like I was missing the point. Travel isn't a set of instructions; it’s an atmosphere. I’m shifting this blog to focus entirely on the inspiration and the stories that actually make us want to board a plane. Recently, I realized something: the way I’ve been sharing travel doesn’t fully reflect the experience I want people to have.
So, I’m making a change.
Not a complete pivot—but a thoughtful rebrand. One that feels more aligned, more intentional, and more honest to how I believe travel should be experienced.
What’s Changing
Until now, my blog has been a mix of travel guides, itineraries, and destination breakdowns. Helpful? Absolutely. But also… a little expected.
Going forward, my blog will no longer be the place for full travel guides and destination breakdowns.
Instead, it’s becoming a space for:
storytelling that brings you into a moment
inspiration that makes you want to book the trip
thoughtful tips that help you travel better, not just more
The kind of content you read slowly.
Because the truth is—travel isn’t just about knowing where to go. It’s about how you experience where you are.
Where the Travel Guides Are Going
If you’ve come here specifically for detailed travel guides, don’t worry—they’re not disappearing.
They’re evolving.
My travel guides are moving to my website as digital downloads. These will be more in-depth, more curated, and designed to actually guide you—from planning to booking to experiencing your trip on the ground.
Think:
clickable itineraries
curated maps
intentional recommendations (not just what’s popular)
space for flexibility, not rigid schedules
These guides are built for travelers who want more than surface-level trips.
And yes—they’ll be paid.
Not just because of the time and care that goes into them, but because I want to create resources that are genuinely valuable, not just quickly consumed and forgotten.
Why This Shift Matters
I’ve spent a lot of time thinking about what I want this brand to feel like.
Not just what it offers—but what it stands for.
There’s so much travel content out there that focuses on doing more, seeing more, fitting everything in. But the trips that stay with us? They’re usually slower. More intentional. More personal.
This rebrand is about creating space for that kind of travel.
It’s about:
depth over volume
connection over consumption
experiences over algorithms
And honestly—it’s also about growth.
Growth in how I create. Growth in how I serve you. Growth in building something that isn’t just helpful, but meaningful.
What You Can Expect Moving Forward
The blog will feel different—but in a good way.
You’ll find:
immersive stories (like rainy afternoons in unexpected places)
reflections that shift how you think about travel
practical tips woven into real experiences
ideas that inspire your next trip, even if you don’t know where yet
And if you’re ready to turn that inspiration into an actual plan—that’s where the guides come in.
The travel guides are launching soon!
I’ve already been working behind the scenes, and a few destinations will be part of the first release:
– Okinawa
– Jeju Island
– Taipei
– Tokyo

Thank You for Being Here
If you’ve read a post, saved a recommendation, booked travel directly with me (or used my affiliate links) or quietly followed along—thank you.
This next version of my brand is still rooted in the same intention: helping you experience travel in a way that feels real, personal, and worth it.
Just… a little more refined.
A little more intentional.
And a lot more aligned.
